Manning Rd, Malvern East

We delivered the full internal and external stone and tiling package on this Malvern East home, designed by B.E. Architecture and built by Format Group. Externally, the facade is clad in a brick batten style cladding adhesive fixed throughout, with limestone paving to the rear patio, front landing, and as a border around the timber floor in the main living area.

Inside, the bathrooms feature Carrara marble wall tiles and a floor design combining Carrara marble, black marble, and a white marble checkerboard — with 100 x 100 mosaic tiles running up into a skylight in the laundry and carrying through to the kitchen splashback.
