Lansell Rd, Toorak

We clad the entire exterior facade and front fence of this 15-apartment luxury residential building in large-format porcelain tiles, totalling 1,150 square metres. Working with 1200 x 600mm and 600 x 600mm tiles in alternating bands, every tile was mechanically fixed with a minimum of four fixing points and hand-prepared on-site.

All fixings were mounted to a unistrut subframe anchored to the building's internal steel framing — a system designed for the structural demands of a full exterior application at this scale.
