Erskine St, middle park

This Middle Park home is wrapped entirely in Bolzano sandstone, from the full external facade down to the feature walls throughout the interior, including the master ensuite where the stone extends up into a skylight above a polished concrete bath. External corners were pre-fabricated offsite and precision cut before a single piece touched the wall.

Throughout the home, the stone was laid in a random pattern across varying coursing heights of 100mm, 200mm, and 300mm — the kind of variation that looks effortless but requires careful sequencing to execute cleanly at this scale.
